How to make a payment for the phone cards?

You can pay for the MKY phone cards on-line via a credit card issued in Taiwan
(VISA or MASTERCARD), via ATM transferring, or via the CVS small amount secure payment
method.

How do I know the remaining balance of my phone card?

When making a call through our service and before it’s connected, our system will automatically
calculate and announce the remaining number of minutes of the phone card.
You may multiply the remaining minutes with our unit rate to that country to know the remaining
balance in dollar amount.

What is our charge unit?

Our charge for phone service is calculated in one minute increment, regardless of cellular
phone, long-distance, or international calls.

Is there any extra charge for using the card?

Dialing 0800 toll free access number, there will be no other charge, no matter where you
make the call (at home, in the office, or via a payphone).Dialing 449 unified island-wide
access number, you will be charged by the phone company for a local call.

How to use our card to make a call on payphone?

1. There is no coins or local phone card required for dialing the 0800 number. Just pick up
the handset, dial 0800 toll free number, and follow the voice prompt to place the call.

2. Dialing 499 unified island-wide access number, please insert coins or local phone card,
and follow the voice prompt.

Should I dial 002 to make international calls?

Yes. 002 ＋ country code ＋ area code ＋ destination number is required.

Can I use my phone’s Caller ID as the password?

Yes. Please refer to Step 4 of our Dialing Instructions. For Caller ID setup, please use a
