為何紐澳卡跟精省卡進站方式不同?!

你好~
我想請問為何紐澳卡只有0800手機進站而沒有市話進站?!
阿精省卡卻相反只有0800市話進站而沒有手機進站?!
沒辦法選擇嗎?!
